Carol Joyce Wells of Oshkosh, Wisconsin has not been seen or heard from since April 19th, 1973.
Carol is a white woman, 5’8”-5’9”, and 130-140 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. It is not known what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.
She was reported missing by her brother in Winnebago County after a few weeks of not having contact with her.
Carol was 28 years old when she went missing. She would be 77 years old today.
