David is a white male, 5’3”-5’7”, and 150-170 pounds. He has black hair and blue eyes. He may have a mustache. He is disabled due to severe arthritis. His right knee was fused in 1965 or 1966 during a surgical procedure. He did not have a joint replacement.

After a divorce in Barron County, Wisconsin in 1980 or 1981, he moved to Frederic, Wisconsin in Polk County. It is believed that he may have moved to GA or FL in 1983.
After David disappeared from Wisconsin, he may have moved to Georgia or Florida. He has never been heard from again.

His family believes that his disappearance may have been part of a Social Security fraud scheme and that the woman he was with, was receiving his Social Security checks. The last address that the checks were sent to was a post office box in Milledgeville, Georgia.
The Social Security office received a call to report that David had died, giving the date of death as September 25th, 1984. However, there has been no documentation to verify this.

The circumstances of David’s case are unclear. His case remains unsolved.
David was 55 years old when he went missing. He would be 94 years old today.
