Dwayne Marcellus Hill was celebrating his 25th birthday on October 2, 1995. He was out with his friends on a midnight boat ride on Lake Michigan. The six friends; who were drinking heavily, were about 2 miles off the shore of Milwaukee before anyone noticed he was missing. The Coast Guard was unable to locate his body. Dwayne is presumed drowned.
Dwayne was last seen on the powerboat in Lake Michigan, off the shore of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 2, 1995. He is an African-American male, 5'3" with black hair and brown eyes and 145 pounds. He has a tattoo on his left arm and he has one pierced ear. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, with black pants, a black leather cap, and a gold neck chain. Dwayne was 25 when he went missing and would now be 48 years old.
