Jody Lynn Newberry

Jody Newberry was last seen at a "Mellen Jam" music festival in Mellen, Wisconsin on May 27th, 2018. She was reported missing by her sister on May 29th after she did not return home from the music festival.


Jody traveled to the music festival with a male companion, and it said that they became separated sometime around noon on Saturday, May 26th. Jody was last seen going down to the creek the evening of May 27th.


"Mellen Jam" is a yearly music festival which occurs over Memorial Day weekend just north of Mellen. The private property is located next a a large area of dense forest and rugged terrain.


Searches were done by multiple Law Enforcement personnel, search and rescue teams. Cadaver dogs searched the area for days, and there was no sign of Jody ever observed in the area where she was last seen.


Jody is a white female, 5’3”, and 130 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.


She was last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt and long pants.


Jody was 54 years old when she went missing. She would be 58 years old today.
