Manford is a white male, 6’0”, and between 180 to 210 pounds. He has blue eyes, is bald, and has a goatee. He has a scar on his chin and has several tattoos: a sun and 13 on his right forearm, Frye and 100 wood on his back, an eagle and a tribal tattoo on his left arm, and barbwire and an eagle on his upper left arm.
He also goes by “Matt. He was last known to be at the American Motel in Franklin, Wisconsin. He has not communicated with friends or family since April 4th, 2022.
Manford was 62 years old when he was last seen. He would now be 65 years old.
