Thomas Schaffer was last seen near South 76th Street and West Oklahoma Avenue in Milwaukee, sometime in August 1st or 2nd, 2005.
Thomas is homeless and is known to stay in parks.

Thomas is a white male, 6’1”, and 130 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a straw hat, gold shirt, black jeans, tennis/jogging shoes, and eyeglasses.
Thomas was 58 years old when he went missing. He would be 74 years old today.
